Come explore an evening of rattling, drumming, and exploring the ancient ways and traditions!
Shamanism is simply a method or technique that connects to spirit and/or a higher power; it is an ancient method of natural healing and spiritual connection that does not have any affiliation to any religious practice, but co-exists with any and all established religions. This workshop will give a basic overview of Shamanism. Class exercises and lecture will be included so that students can learn shamanic drumming, experience the shamanic journeying technique, and learn how to discover their own personal power animal.
No shamanic experience is necessary, all are welcome!

A different crystal healing technique is incorporated at each circle.
This month's crystal healing drum will incorporate
crystal techniques that explore energizing and clearing.
Crystal healing circles are powerful group gatherings where individuals share and unite in positive universal energy while connecting with crystals. This specific crystal healing circle combines crystal healing techniques and drums. These circles are very shamanic in nature; they connect us to Mother Earth and Stone Medicine. Jessica guides you through the connection so that you may experience messages, healings, and connections from these natural gifts. Crystals and drums are provided to work with for the circle, but you are welcome to bring your own (stones and drums) also.
No prior experience with crystals or drums are necessary. This is open to all levels.

They are the natural messengers and bridges, with roots deeply connected to the earth, and limbs and leaves that grow towards the heavens. Each tree in nature has a special gift, meaning, and spirit all its own. This workshop will discuss the meanings of a variety of different trees, their properties, and the spirit energy within them. Shamanic techniques will also be incorporated into this workshop so that each participant will be able to discover their own unique guardian tree spirit.
